The Director of EHS provides strategic leadership for environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs across Costa Rica operations. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. The role requires at least 10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated industries, including 5 years of leadership experience and knowledge of Costa Rican EHS regulations.

We are looking for an EHS Director to join our team in Costa Rica.
As the company continues to expand its operations in Costa Rica, there is a need for a dedicated executive-level leader to establish and drive a proactive, scalable, and sustainable Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy. This role provides strategic leadership across environmental, occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, and sustainability programs, ensuring the organization protects its employees, maintains regulatory compliance, and strengthens operational excellence. The leader will build the systems, culture, and capabilities necessary to support the company’s continued growth while embedding EHS as a core component of business performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
