Management or supervisory role experience in fleet, diesel, or trailer repair
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units
Experience with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and repair procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license
Obtain a toolbox and required tools
High school diploma or equivalent
