Lead and grow the Carrier Sales team by coaching staff to meet KPIs and expanding the carrier portfolio. Collaborate with account management to ensure exceptional service performance and manage carrier compliance via tracking providers.
Requires 3-5 years of Carrier Sales experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment and 0-3 years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
