The Assistant Terminal Manager is responsible for local safety management, driver scheduling, recruiting, and vehicle maintenance. They ensure efficient cost management and compliance with DOT, OSHA, and FDA regulations while supervising drivers and mechanics.
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of operations management experience supervising staff are required. Knowledge of Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports is necessary, and a college degree with 5+ years of experience is preferred.
