Responsabilidades
Análises de remuneração fixa e variável, estruturas salariais e pesquisas de mercado.
Administração e controle dos benefícios corporativos e interface com fornecedores.
Apoio ao processamento mensal da folha de pagamento e validação de eventos que impactam a remuneração.
Atendimento a colaboradores e suporte às áreas internas.
Atualização de dados no Workday e apoio a relatórios e auditorias.
Ensino Superior completo
Experiência prévia em remuneração, benefícios e folha de pagamento (nível pleno/senior).
Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária.
Vivência com sistemas de RH, preferencialmente Workday e Protheus (TOTVS)
Inglês avançado (mandatório).
Espanhol desejável.
