Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across the full product suite, including EOR, Global Payroll, and Contractor of Record solutions. Proactively identify expansion opportunities and provide coaching to the wider team on multi-product deals and sales methodologies.
Requires a strong track record in account management, renewals, and multi-threading relationships with senior stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, async environment and possess a solutions-oriented mindset.
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Account Manager, joining our Existing Business team. In this role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Remote's full product suite — including EOR, Global Payroll, Contractor of Record (COR), and other solutions — expanding relationships with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
You'll be a trusted advisor to senior buyers, comfortable navigating multi-threaded deals, and driven to find the right solution for the customer rather than getting stuck on obstacles along the way. As a senior member of the team, you'll also have the opportunity to share best practice with peers and help shape how Existing Business approaches multi-product growth.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $80,500 - $181,100 USD. The base salary is 60%.
