Your ability to engage stakeholders, understand the business and deliver practical, engaging education will be key to your success.

Your days will include;
•    Deliver education and training that supports compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

•    Support and mentor staff in a positive learning environment
•    Use blended learning and adult learning principles to drive engagement and competency
•    Monitor and report on training and onboarding compliance, escalating issues as needed
•    Partner with managers, HR and clinical teams to align training with organisational needs

The ideal applicant has a passion for education and training in an operational setting. You will bring strong communication skills, the ability to deliver engaging training and coaching, and excellent organisation skills. You will also have:

•    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
•    AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse – ideally but not essential
•    Experience delivering education and training, ideally in residential aged care
•    Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, Aged Care legislation and Quality Standards
•    Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
•    Driver’s licence and vehicle preferred – travel reimbursed
•    Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDISWC
