Candidates should have either HR experience or experience working in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with approximately 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, is preferred.

Om dat tempo aan te houden zonder ooit in te boeten op de klantervaring, zoeken we een Customer Success Manager met evenveel energie als empathie. Deze rol staat centraal in onze groei: jij bent degene die van een nieuwe klant een trouwe, tevreden en overtuigde klant maakt.

Als Customer Success Manager ben jij het eerste menselijke gezicht dat onze klanten zien na hun inschrijving. Concreet ga je:
Je impact is heel concreet meetbaar: klanten die blijven, die Shyfter ten volle gebruiken en die erover praten in hun omgeving.
's Ochtends doe je meerdere onboardings voor klanten die Shyfter ontdekken, daarna neem je de chat over om de lopende supportvragen te deblokkeren. In de namiddag overleg je met de sales over de productverwachtingen van de klanten die ze net getekend hebben, en ga je samenzitten met de developers om een bug die je 's ochtends opmerkte door te geven en de fix op te volgen. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde, nooit verveling.
