The role requires at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and be able to work from the office in Diegem.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium.
You'll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with the Business Line, HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers and technical interviewers.
