The Maintenance Person is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure property functionality. They also respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations while maintaining accurate records of all activities.
Candidates must have at least one year of general building maintenance experience or equivalent trade experience. Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are required.
