This newly created role serves as a champion of Hyper’s culture by designing and delivering programs that help employees feel welcomed, informed, connected, recognized, and engaged throughout their journey with the company.
Working closely with Human Resources, Marketing, and business leaders, this individual helps shape the employee experience through onboarding initiatives, employee engagement programs, internal communications, recognition activities, early-career programming, and company events. This role is well suited for an energetic, creative, and people-focused professional who can turn ideas into meaningful and memorable employee experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Create an engaging, welcoming, and memorable employee experience from an employee’s first day through the first year and beyond.
Design programs that strengthen employee engagement, connection, and a sense of belonging.
Develop initiatives that reinforce Hyper’s values and culture as the company continues to grow.
Serve as a visible ambassador for Hyper’s culture across the organization.
Partner with HR and business leaders to create a best-in-class onboarding experience.
Develop engaging onboarding presentations, communications, and learning materials that help employees understand Hyper’s products, organization, business, and culture.
Coordinate first-year touchpoints and engagement activities that help new employees successfully integrate into the organization.
Collaborate with HR team members to support a seamless transition from candidate to fully engaged employee.
Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, appreciation activities, and culture-building initiatives.
Support employee recognition programs and create meaningful opportunities to celebrate individual and team accomplishments.
Develop creative engagement initiatives that foster collaboration across departments and locations.
Assist in administering employee engagement surveys and help implement action plans based on feedback.
Additional Responsibilities
Create an outstanding experience for interns, university hires, and rotational program participants.
Coordinate networking opportunities, social events, professional development activities, and program communications for early-career employees.
Help build relationships between early-career employees and business leaders, and partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen Hyper’s university recruiting and employer brand.
Create engaging employee communications, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and company updates.
Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for meetings, onboarding, leadership communications, and employee events.
Partner with Marketing to strengthen Hyper’s employer brand internally and externally.
Highlight employee stories, milestones, accomplishments, and company successes, and help employees understand key company initiatives and organizational updates.
Own engagement initiatives from concept through execution, including project plans, timelines, vendors, communications, and event logistics.
Track participation and program effectiveness using employee feedback and engagement metrics.
Continuously recommend new ideas that improve the employee experience.
Requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation development and public speaking abilities.
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Creative and resourceful, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging employee experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and building new programs from the ground up.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Positive, approachable, and passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee engagement or employee experience, internal communications, employer branding, marketing or public relations, event planning, university recruiting or campus programs, internship or rotational programs, new hire onboarding, recognition programs, or organizational culture initiatives.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video creation, photography, or graphic design.
What Success Looks Like
Employees feel welcomed, informed, connected, recognized, and engaged throughout their experience at Hyper.
New employees receive a consistent and engaging onboarding and first-year experience that helps them integrate successfully.
Employee events, communications, recognition programs, and culture initiatives are well planned, creative, and aligned with Hyper’s values.
Interns and early-career employees have meaningful opportunities to learn, connect, and build relationships across the organization.
Employee feedback and participation data are used to strengthen programs and improve the overall employee experience.
HR, Marketing, and business leaders have a collaborative partner who can take engagement ideas from concept through execution.
Why Hyper?
This is more than a traditional HR role. It is an opportunity to help shape the culture of one of the fastest-growing organizations in our industry. As Hyper continues to grow, you’ll build programs that make a lasting impact on employees across the organization. You’ll work alongside leaders who value creativity, innovation, and fresh ideas while helping create an employee experience that people genuinely enjoy being part of.
Compensation

This hire may be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation based on individual and organizational performance.
In addition to competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match, Hyper offers opportunities for professional development, career growth, and advancement as the company continues to expand.
