Requires a High School Diploma or Trade School Certification and 3-5 years of experience in hotel maintenance. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of general building trades and be flexible to work various shifts, including on-call rotations.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. This job is for you if you enjoy being part of a great team environment.
The purpose of the Engineering Department is to maintain the cosmetic appearance and the mechanical/electrical function of all the buildings and grounds in both the interior and exterior of the entire property.
The Tech II individual must familiarize themselves with Hilton Grand Vacations Standard Operating Procedures in addition to OSHA standards and Hilton Grand Vacations Safety Handbook, this individual must also display the flexibility to deal with ever-changing situations as it pertains to guest, owners, associates, and workload.
In addition, this position must possess basic knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Equipment, Carpentry, Painting, Appliance repair, Flooring repair, and general building trades.
