Your Role:
Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Infuse your unique artistic talents into the customer experience, whether through engaging storytelling, artistic presentation, or innovative communication.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods with a creative twist.
Assist customers with any concerns or complaints, ensuring they are addressed promptly and to their satisfaction, with a touch of artistic problem-solving.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring it's not just clean but also visually appealing.
Collaborate with the kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service, all while maintaining an artistic and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience, with a flair for artistic expression.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, using your artistic skills to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to perform your role in this dynamic and creative setting.
Team player mentality, willing to collaborate and support the restaurant team while adding your unique artistic perspective.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, with an eye for artistic presentation.
Fluency in English and French (both required) to communicate effectively and creatively with a diverse clientele.
