Creare e modificare le prenotazioni
Apprendere le procedure di check-in e check-out in affiancamento al front office
Anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e gestire le loro richieste prima, durante e successivamente il soggiorno
Avere una conoscenza completa dell’hotel, inclusi le tipologie di camere, le relative caratteristiche e i servizi, le tariffe, i punti ristoro (F&B) e le promozioni, ecc.
Lo stage è sempre affiancato da un receptionist di ruolo al fine di essere guidato nella sua formazione operativa.
Attento agli altri e all’ambiente che ti circonda: contribuisci a rendere il soggiorno impeccabile e indimenticabile grazie al tuo tocco personale!
Con un forte spirito di squadra e spiccate capacità relazionali, sei attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Molto fluente in italiano e in inglese, possiedi anche una buona conoscenza di una terza lingua.
