Are you an experienced Bike Mechanic with a passion for technical perfection and customer focus? Join our dynamic team in the center of Milan!
Your Mission (What You Will Do)
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of our bicycle fleet, which is essential for our tours.
Advanced Maintenance: Executing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on conventional (muscle) bicycles and, specifically, on E-Bikes (diagnostics, work on motors and batteries, specific transmission systems).
Fleet Preparation: Thorough preparation and check-ups of the fleet to ensure every bike is in optimal condition before each tour.
Parts Management: Collaboration with the manager in managing the spare parts inventory and proposing improvements to workshop equipment and processes.
Team Support: Effective communication with the guide and welcome team to report on the status of the bikes.
Your Ideal Profile (Essential Requirements)
We are looking for a meticulous and autonomous professional:
Experience: Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic.
E-Bike Expertise (MUST HAVE): Solid experience and knowledge of the maintenance and diagnostics of pedal-assisted bicycles (E-Bikes).
Language: Italian and good knowledge of the English language (B1/B2 level) for technical communication and occasional interactions with international customers.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently, diagnose complex problems, and propose solutions.
Part-Time Employee or P.IVA Collaboration
Flexibility and Work Environment:
Schedule: Possibility to choose the day(s) to work within the shop's opening hours.
Equipment: We provide most of the high-quality equipment; we are open to implementing specific tools if deemed necessary.
Period: Seasonal commitment from May to October.
