About the role

The Storeroom Clerk manages the supply, reception, storage and distribution of products from the hotel's various storage points.

The Storeroom Clerk must demonstrate very good team spirit and a good sense of observation in order to carry out meticulous and quality work.
He/she is responsible for managing his/her department: Purchasing Supervisor and Purchasing Manager.

What you will do

• Checks the conformity of the goods delivered to the hotel, according to hygiene rules and Four Seasons procedures, both during their delivery to the hotel and when they enter or leave the storage spaces.

• Responsible for the storage, organization, and cleanliness of their commissaries. He therefore carries out a weekly check of the consumption expiration dates of perishable products.

• Supporting the Purchasing Manager in the daily management of the Purchasing Department (product sourcing, Birchstreet monitoring and training, relations with the various departments in the area, etc.) and the supervision of the Purchasing Intern.

• Organize and keep storage areas and the delivery dock clean on a daily basis.

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
