The Membership Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for members and guests, facilitating inquiries and providing information about club programming and policies. They are responsible for building relationships to increase member loyalty while assisting with transactions and account management.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of service or reception experience and the ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the role requires strong verbal communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods.
The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests.
