The Facility Maintenance Technician assists with electrical, structural, and general building maintenance at the Charlotte Convention Center. Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down event spaces, maintaining HVAC and lighting systems, and performing various repairs.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and at least 1-2 years of related experience or training. Proficiency in trades such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Facility Maintenance Technician assists in maintenance and repair in areas of electrical, structure buildup and teardown, and general building maintenance at the Charlotte Convention Center
