The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and proper functioning of the hotel's physical facilities. This includes performing routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, as well as addressing guest room repairs and structural maintenance.
Candidates should have experience in hotel maintenance and a strong knowledge of household repairs. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
