The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to lead service operations and ensure a high standard of hospitality for guests. They are responsible for managing the dining room, supporting team growth, and overseeing administrative and HR tasks.
Candidates need at least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a similar environment and the ability to stand or walk for long periods. A bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality is preferred, and English fluency is required.

The Assistant General Manager is a trusted partner to the General Manager and provides leadership and support to the Service Managers and service team. The AGM is responsible for managing all facets of the Dining Room and Service operations at the restaurant and consistently looks for opportunities to grow our teams and provide memorable moments of hospitality for our guests. The AGM demonstrates a passion for service, hospitality, and sound business acumen to support with achieving business goals.
