The Multi-Skilled Technician provides direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living and monitoring vital signs. They are also responsible for maintaining patient rooms and performing clinical tasks such as EKG and phlebotomy under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and maintain BLS healthcare provider training. Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses is required upon hire or transfer.
The Multi-Skilled Technician under the direction of a Registered Nurse, will provide patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. This position is key to providing a best-in-class patient experience and plays a vital role in the care of our top priority – our patients.
