The supervisor leads daily operations for the Epic Ambulatory team, ensuring accurate issue resolution and system performance. They are responsible for staff management, project scheduling, and collaborating on system upgrades and change control standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting using an EHR system. EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required or must be obtained within three months of the start date.
This position leads the daily activity and operations for the team. Responsibilities include working with Epic Analysts across the organization to achieve desired results to ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution within the established SLA time frames. Responsible for team performance through regular meetings, ticket monitoring, Q note reviews and actively participating in system upgrades.
