The Caseworker Coach provides resident-centered support to women and children in a shelter environment to help them achieve stable housing. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assisting with life skills, and maintaining a safe, clean residential facility.
Requires an Associate's degree in human services or one year of experience in shelter services or case management. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.

SALARY: $20.40-22.40 per hour DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Caseworker Coach I is an essential member of the Rachel’s Promise Center for Women and Children team and is responsible for ensuring single adult women and women with children are served in clean and safe environments and supported in setting and achieving realistic goals that lead to safe, stable housing. The Caseworker Coach will develop a strong knowledge of community resources and build collaborative working relationships with colleagues within and outside of Catholic Charities. They motivate, support, and guide program residents.
