At CHOP, your experience is valued; your voice is heard; and your contributions make a difference for patients and families. Join us as we build on our promise to advance pediatric care—and your career.

This role requires hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-driven workflows, including AI agents that can interpret, decide, and execute tasks within complex revenue cycle processes.
The individual will identify opportunities to apply AI to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and accelerate throughput across functions such as registration, billing, coding, and denials. Responsibilities include developing and deploying AI use cases, integrating solutions within Epic and related systems, and ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and measurable.
The consultant partners with operational teams, IT, and data stakeholders to translate business requirements into deployed AI solutions, ensuring successful build, testing, implementation, and continuous optimization.
