Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)"The Business Applications Analyst 3 – HR Systems provides operational administration and strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of core non-Workday HR technologies. This role manages, supports, and optimizes specialized applications—such as timekeeping and scheduling, learning management (LMS), and credentialing systems—while maintaining the agility to support Workday platforms as operational priorities require. We are seeking: - Hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise HR platforms, including timekeeping, learning management, or credentialing systems. - Proven ability to rapidly adapt, master new software platforms, and serve as a versatile expert across a broad application portfolio. - Strong background in system troubleshooting, testing governance, vendor management, and cross-functional user support, with flexibility to assist on Workday platforms as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing platform workflows and tracking issues using tools like ServiceNow. - Familiarity with healthcare workforce operations, compliance tracking, and enterprise HR technology integration. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPHIMS, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or platform-specific administrator credentials)."
This is a Stanford Health Care job.
A Brief Overview The Business/Technical Platform Application Analyst III is a senior-level role for experienced analysts who have demonstrated sustained, high-quality performance and technical depth across multiple application areas. This position implements, administers, and supports assigned systems under minimal to no supervision, and has a thorough understanding of ERP modules or major platform management (Epic, Workday, Service Now, etc.) and health system operations. The Analyst III independently addresses issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity, delivers clear communication and documentation of complex concepts across the organization, and serves as an informal leader within the team — mentoring Application Analyst I and II staff, modeling self-direction and continuous growth, and helping the team develop and improve rather than defaulting to the status quo.
