The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, managing telephone calls, and coordinating transportation and maintenance requests. They also handle clerical duties, mail distribution, and basic financial transactions at the reception desk.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of clerical or secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a desire to work with older adults are required.
