The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, managing telephone calls, and coordinating transportation and maintenance requests. They also handle mail distribution, cash register balancing, and provide general clerical support to the administrative team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of clerical or secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a desire to work with older adults are required.
