About the Company
Ember Health is a growing organization on a mission to expand access to effective, evidence-based, compassionate care for people living with depression. We deliver IV ketamine treatment in safe, medically supervised clinics with a carefully curated therapeutic experience. We are intentional about building a team of highly skilled, mission-driven professionals who share our values of integrity, compassion, and excellence. Each member plays a key role in shaping the future of mental health care.
While this is not an application to an open role at Ember Health, it is an opportunity to join our talent community and stay updated on all things Ember. Depending on your background and availability, you may be a fit for one of several roles on our clinical team, including Physicians and Nurses. We hire for both full-time and per diem positions as needs arise.
Curious if you’re a fit for clinical roles on our team? See below for what we look for:
New York MD, DO, or RN License.
Highly adept at placing IVs, trained and experienced in cardio-respiratory monitoring, and comfortable monitoring patients during procedural sedation.
Professional experience and comfort with therapeutic patient communications.
Experience in mental health desired, with a working knowledge of depression.
Interested in non-clinical roles? We'd love to hear from you too. Submit your information here and note your area of interest. We review applications on a rolling basis, and we will reach out if we feel that your background aligns with one of our roles.
Though we are not currently hiring licensed mental health providers, we value partnerships with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians. If you're interested in collaborating with Ember Health, please email us at: [email protected].
We encourage you to stay connected by creating a job alert through our careers page below. You will be notified if we have roles available that match your interests.

We provide safe, effective ketamine therapy for people seeking relief from depression
We founded Ember Health because we were frustrated by the lack of effective medical treatment options for the millions of people struggling with severe depression. We know we share this feeling with the thousands of compassionate mental healthcare professionals who provide critical counsel to their patients. They desire better, more reliable complements to their care.
We believe ketamine is a powerful answer to this need: Whereas fewer than 30% of patients on traditional antidepressants realize relief of their depressive symptoms, low-dose infusions of ketamine have shown an average of 75% improvement in depression. While oral antidepressant medication can take six to eight weeks to take effect and have unwanted side effects, ketamine takes effect almost immediately after administration, with minimal, if any, harmful effect.
