As a Receptionist, you help create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for patients, visitors, staff, and guests from the moment they walk through the door. 💼 What You’ll Do
Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and hospitality
Answer and route incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner
Direct guests and visitors to the appropriate departments and personnel
Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure front office environment
Coordinate conference room scheduling and event logistics
Assist with office supply ordering, parking vouchers, and routine clerical tasks
Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative needs
