Candidates must have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited phlebotomy program, and 3-5 years of phlebotomy experience with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations is required, with oncology experience and national certification preferred.

The Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight of phlebotomy services within SCRI Oncology Partners. This role ensures high-quality specimen collection, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient experience across SCRI clinical sites. The Phlebotomy Supervisor serves as a working leader, providing direct supervision, training, and support to phlebotomy staff while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, laboratory partners, and practice leadership. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the US Oncology Compliance Program and its Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
