The Patient Transport Coordinator manages and schedules patient transfers while monitoring hospital bed capacity to ensure safe and timely care. They also maintain documentation, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and collaborate with various departments to resolve transport-related issues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with an associate degree in healthcare preferred. Experience in EMS, dispatch, or healthcare logistics is also preferred along with strong organizational and communication skills.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
