The Direct Sales Representative, Intermediate – Duals is responsible for educating and enrolling qualified dually eligible beneficiaries into the Blue Shield Duals Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) through inbound and outbound telephonic interactions. The Direct Sales Representative, Intermediate – Duals will report to the Sr. Manager of Duals Outreach and Events and will support the growth and retention of Blue Shield’s D-SNP by providing compliant, accurate, and compassionate guidance to a highly specialized and vulnerable population. In this role you will be responding to inbound call inquiries about Blue Shield’s D-SNP, place outbound calls based on lead campaigns, direct mail and other marketing campaigns, and complete the education and sale of products and services.
