The Laboratory Assistant plans, executes, and documents routine experiments to support the development and commercial production of pharmaceutical products. They are responsible for maintaining laboratory documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or an MBO qualification with at least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good command of the English language are required.
About the Role
The Laboratory Assistant plans and executes daily laboratory activities and performs routine experiments to support the development and commercial production of Pharming’s products. The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for activities requested by the Development, Operations, and CMC teams. All activities are performed in compliance with applicable quality standards and within agreed timelines.
