Wat ga je doen bij Basalt?
Als Adviseur Innovatie heb je een belangrijke rol bij signaleren, toetsen, ontwikkelen, en verder brengen van innovaties. Je bent betrokken bij de doorontwikkeling van hybride zorg en diverse innovatieve verkenningen, zowel binnen Basalt als in samenwerking met bedrijven via het Fieldlab Revalidatie.
Denk hierbij aan de werkzaamheden:
Je bent sparringpartner en adviseur voor teams en management bij de doorontwikkeling en borging van hybride zorg;
Het leiden van innovatieve verkenningen: je coacht medewerkers, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig;
Geven van presentaties over innovatie, blended care, nieuwe interessante mogelijkheden of producten;
Het verhaal van innovatie vertellen aan uiteenlopende doelgroepen – van collega's tot externe partners;
Aansturende of uitvoerende rol binnen Fieldlab-opdrachten;
Het identificeren, verzamelen en gezamenlijk verder ontwikkelen van innovatieve ideeën van collega’s;
Begeleiden van studenten bij hun stage- of afstudeeropdrachten.
Waar kom je te werken?
De werkzaamheden zijn Basalt breed, maar van onze 13 locaties kom je vooral te werken op de locaties Leiden en Den Haag.
Als adviseur Innovatie hoor je bij het team van Innovatie. Het team bestaat uit verschillende adviseurs Innovatie. Innovatie is een belangrijk speerpunt van Basalt.
We dragen actief bij aan het transformeren van de revalidatiezorg met onderwerpen als hybride zorg, technologische innovaties, eHealth, gamen, AI, en het SmartLab als living lab, waar we samen met belanghebbenden innovaties ontwikkelen en toetsen.
Daarnaast beschikt Basalt over het Fieldlab Revalidatie waar we bedrijven en startups helpen hun zorginnovatie sneller en met succes naar de markt te brengen.
Het team Innovatie maakt deel uit van de ondersteunende eenheid Innovation, Quality + Research (IQ+R). Door onder andere te monitoren, onderzoek te doen en te innoveren werken we bij IQ+R continu aan een betere kwaliteit van onze revalidatieprogramma’s. Onze missie:
Zorgen dat de medisch specialistisch revalidatiezorg toekomstbestendig wordt doordat de behandelingen evidence based, doelmatig, doeltreffend, innovatief en veilig zijn en deze zoveel mogelijk waarde toevoegen voor de patiënt. Wij werken hiervoor ook nauw samen met patiënten zelf, ketenpartners en samenwerkingspartners.

Wie ben jij?
Je bent een integere adviseur die klant- en resultaatgericht werkt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt ook goed samenwerken Dit doe je onder andere door middel van jouw analytisch vermogen, plan- en organisatie vaardigheden en jouw uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden.
Hiernaast neem je mee:
hbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
Ervaring op het gebied van projectmatig werken;
Je zet je ideeën zowel schriftelijk als mondeling helder uiteen;
Je draait je hand er niet voor om voor een groep te staan voor een presentatie of workshop;
Kennis van en ervaring met hybride zorg, zorgtechnologie en innovatie modellen zoals design thinking en de CeHRes roadmap is een pré.

💰 Salaris volgens de Cao Ziekenhuizen, (per augustus 2026) minimaal € 3.903,- en maximaal € 5.503,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur (FWG 55);
✔️ Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een eindejaarsuitkering, reiskostenvergoeding en een tablet- en fietsenplan.
