The Facility & Equipment Manager is responsible for the optimal functioning, maintenance, and safety of buildings, technical installations, and laboratory equipment. They coordinate maintenance activities, manage critical materials in SAP, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Candidates must have an MBO+ or HBO degree in a technical, facility, or logistics field with at least 3 years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with experience in ERP systems and quality documentation, is required.

Jouw werkomgeving
Binnen Pharming werken we met verschillende gespecialiseerde entiteiten. BME (Broekman Instituut) is één van deze drie entiteiten. Hier vinden gespecialiseerde biotechnologische activiteiten plaats die een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de ontwikkeling en productie van geneesmiddelen voor patiënten met zeldzame aandoeningen. Binnen deze omgeving zijn kwaliteit, veiligheid, compliance en continuïteit van cruciaal belang.
Als Facility & Equipment Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van faciliteiten, gebouwen, technische apparatuur en ondersteunende processen binnen BME. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, technische installaties, productie- en laboratoriumequipment, magazijnen en opslagfaciliteiten veilig, efficiënt en conform de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen functioneren. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheer van kritische materialen en apparatuur, de samenwerking met externe leveranciers en het realiseren van verbeter- en investeringsprojecten.
Als F&E Manager werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen Operations, Quality Assurance en Supply Chain, evenals met externe dienstverleners. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je operationele werkzaamheden met coördinerende, administratieve en projectmatige verantwoordelijkheden.
Voor BME zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en resultaatgerichte F&E Manager. De standplaats bevindt zich in de regio Oss/Eindhoven.
