The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and administers company policies and procedures related to all phases of human resources activities. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position. Previous experience in business is preferred, and holding a PHR or SPHR certification is also highly desired.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates and administers policies and procedures relating to all phases of company human resources activities. Work is full-time during the weekdays. Work is performed primarily at the clinic and business office but may include visits to the residential site. Duties may vary depending on CA or TX location.
Schedule is, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Fully onsite role and travel to all Texas CNS locations, is needed.
