The Pharmacy Liaison will work onsite in a hospital clinic to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services. Responsibilities include submitting prior authorizations, resolving insurance issues, and collaborating with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
Candidates must be a state-registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas with a CPhT certification and at least 2 years of experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM. Hybrid opportunity after training!
Salary based role + annual bonus + quarterly incentives!!
