The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment schedules, and handling check-in and check-out procedures. They also facilitate new therapy referrals and act as a liaison between patients, staff, and administrators.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While not required, a background in Exercise Science and an interest in physical therapy are preferred.

Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists is a physical therapist-owned private practice that was founded in 2003. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics and partnerships in Alabama and Tennessee. We have 5 outpatient locations. We have an extraordinarily high employee retention rate and average years of service.

Pay Rate: $13 - $16 Per Hour
At Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists we offer a variety of services to fit your physical therapy needs. We focus on treatment utilizing manual techniques, a type of hands-on therapy that aids in reducing pain and restoring normal range of motion in your body, joints and soft tissue. Our physical therapists are experts in evaluating, treating, and managing patients. No matter your condition, chronic or acute, we will work to heal your injury and improve your fitness level to avoid future injuries. All of our physical therapy session are conducted in a setting where you are free to ask your therapist any questions you may have about your condition or the prescribed treatment.
