The Monitor Technician performs continuous surveillance of cardiac monitors to identify arrhythmias, patient distress, or equipment artifacts. They are responsible for reporting abnormal findings to the nursing staff and ensuring all monitoring equipment is functioning correctly.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, the role requires obtaining a 'Handle with Care' (HWC) certification within six months of hire.

Join our team in a 24 bed unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (NAs), and monitor techs. This unit focuses on Pre & Post Cardiac Cath patients with 24 hr cardiac monitoring.
