We are hiring a Recruiter, covering our Hickory office. This position will be based in one office daily. This position is available immediately.
Employee Role: Recruiter
The role of the Recruiter is to develop long-term recruiting strategies, source candidates through various channels, develop trusting relationships with potential hires, educate, and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs.
Reporting To: Regional Director or General Manager (or Compliance Manager in GM’s absence)
Wage/Hour Classification: Exempt
