As a Director, Financial Business Partnering at ICON, you will drive financial strategy and decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do:
You will lead finance and financial management delivery across your portfolio, setting standards and developing your team.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
Providing in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation across various departments.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability.
Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
Providing financial guidance on business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.
Your Profile:
You will bring significant finance and financial management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience in financial business partnering, with a proven ability to influence business decisions and drive financial performance.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, with proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
Track record of delivering financial insights that improve business outcomes and support long-term strategic goals.
