Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time NICU Dietitian at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, TX. Prior NICU experience is not required however the ideal candidate has several years of clinical experience in critical care and strong nutrition support knowledge.
BUMC has a Level IV NICU featuring advanced life support and surgical capabilities for everything from micro-preemies born as early as 23-24 weeks to full-term infants with life-threatening or complex conditions.
Schedule: 4 Days per Week. No Weekends or Holidays Required!

Job Responsibilities
Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
Provide education and counseling to families to help babies meet nutrition goals and develop healthy eating habits
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
