The Director of Development will design and implement a comprehensive fundraising program with a focus on major gifts and naming opportunities to support a $600M+ campaign. They are responsible for managing a portfolio of prospects and meeting a personal fundraising goal of $1M to $2M annually.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or sales leadership is required, specifically in cultivating and soliciting major gifts.
