Essential Functions:
Carries out systems analysis and provides support for complex medium to large systems across several departments. Manipulates, mines, and analyzes large, complex datasets.
Creates and maintains high quality system, report, and interface test scripts.Tests and debugs systems to ensure they are functioning properly. coordinates user acceptance testing.
Serves as a customer liaison for assigned business areas and provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems issues.
Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures for future reference. Assures data integrity and system survivability by developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery plans for assigned systems.
Collaborates with other IT professionals to integrate new systems with existing ones.
Performs system updates, patches, service releases, and upgrades as needed. Evaluates and recommends new technologies to improve system efficiency and performance.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.
