their full potential. The Youth Care Professional I supports the day to day functioning of the residents by
helping to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and safety.
This is a full-time (40 hours) position on a 7:00am-3:00pm schedule, flexibility to work weekend day(s) is required. Some on-the-job travel in an agency vehicle will be required, but this position is based on our 1183 Monroe Ave campus in Rochester, NY.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
May be required to physically restrain clients weighing between 50 lbs. and 300 lbs. and guide them
safely to the floor. In some circumstances, restraints can last up to 15 minutes and may require
repetition as necessary.
$18.50 Minimum pay rate, $24.00 Maximum pay rate, based on experience.
