The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing initial exams and developing individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility for senior residents. They must monitor progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well-being.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio. Two years of experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
