Execute blood donor recruitment programs and manage professional relationships with drive chairpersons to meet territory goals. This includes seeking new opportunities, scheduling drives, and representing the organization at community events.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a valid driver's license with a clear record. Prior sales experience and the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to diverse groups are preferred.
