The Senior Project Architect leads the design and delivery of large-scale healthcare and commercial projects from schematic design through construction administration. This includes collaborating with clients to develop creative solutions and coordinating the work of team members and consultants.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of architectural experience, active licensure, and mandatory HCAI/OSHPD 1 experience. A professional degree in architecture and fluency in Revit are required.

NBBJ is seeking a Senior Project Architect for our Healthcare and Commercial Practices to be located in our San Diego, or Los Angeles office. NBBJ is looking for a project architect with demonstrated experience working on Healthcare and Commercial projects in California and who has worked primarily with large-scale, projects involving client contact and leadership responsibilities. The Senior Project Architect performs architectural design and delivery for a wide variety of projects involving the construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities.
The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $130,000 and $155,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
This role requires the individual to be based in the United States.
