We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Associate with hands-on in vivo experience, and a strong desire to learn and grow, to join the In Vivo Sciences team within RCM Research supporting our cell therapy programs. This team generates the in vivo data essential to advance RCM's innovative therapies from the lab to patients. While foundational in vivo skills are required, you will receive training to deepen your expertise, deliver high-quality datasets, and collect study samples in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.
Our associates benefit from meaningful work, a supportive and flexible culture, collaborative colleagues, and a commitment to diverse experiences and perspectives, with ample room for career growth.

Flexibility & travel: Minimal to no travel; on-site presence required to support lab operations
Discover your role:
Execute in vivo studies independently or as part of a team. Techniques in mice include routine injections (sc, ip, iv), body weight collection, clinical observation, blood sample collection, tumor measurement (caliper and IVIS imaging) and necropsies with extensive tissue list collection.
Provide other forms of study support, such as ear tagging, randomizing and coordination of activities working closely with Study Lead and other members of the team.
Support efforts and provide constructive feedback to refine in vivo sciences processes
Monitor animal health and assist with treatment
Help with animal husbandry, supply stocking, and animal health checks when needed including during the weekend and holidays (in rotation with other team members)
Operate in a fast-paced environment with changing day to day schedules
This role requires:
3+ years of experience performing technical in vivo tasks, including animal handling, basic study tasks as dosing (IP, IV, SC) and collection of blood and tissues
AALAS certification preferred
Comfortable working with computers having familiarity with programs like Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and “do-what-it-takes” attitude
