The Supervisor manages daily operations of the Home Health Care centre, ensuring high customer service standards and operational efficiency. They provide leadership and direction to staff, including Ostomy Associates and Surgical Fitters, while overseeing budgets and inventory.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in Ostomy, Fitting, or Sales. Preferred qualifications include medical education, supervisory experience, and certifications in wound or ostomy care.
